Rationally I understand that when I take those two evenings week and Saturday morning to get to kickboxing that I am doing something for the whole family because that time is what I need to move beyong the depression. However, there have been weeks where the guilt has washed over me and stopped me from doing it and then in short order the depression comes creeping back.

You are so worth some time on your own . . . without the guilt. Have you talked to your husband about this fear? Oh also, you are not wallowing . . . you are suffering. Trying to find that balance is crazy hard . . . my kids are 4 and 2 and I still haven't come up with the right balance. That being said, each and every one of them knows that I love them and that I love spending time with them . . . but that I also need time for myself.

Take care of yourself, communicate with your husband and things will start to heal in your relationship. You think things are going well and sometimes a certain phase a certain smell a certain song, or even seeping people together enjoying something you wish you could. It takes as long as it takes so don't been hard on yourself, continue to be open and honest to loved ones. Get that time to yourself to recharge, but I'm aware its not always easy. Take in when you get it and try to enjoy it.

One day things will fall into place.MsXpatnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5283516832715858198.post-88160494836472772322011-12-21T17:32:43.369+00:002011-12-21T17:32:43.369+00:00Thank you.
